It all started with a simple vision: to raise high-quality, food-safe rabbits for meat right here in Hong Kong, in the most humane way possible.

We deeply believe that true flavor begins with respect for life.

While traditional factory farming often overlooks animal welfare, at our farm, every rabbit is treated as an individual. They roam freely across the lush, green pastures of Pui O and Mei Wo, breathing the fresh air of the New Territories and grazing on natural, pesticide-free, and hormone-free organic forage.

Our farmers walk the fields daily, gently petting these fluffy companions to ensure they thrive in a completely stress-free environment. This unwavering commitment to the "Farm-to-Table" philosophy is not just a promise to the environment, but a dedication to the ultimate culinary quality.
